1991 Acura NSX

This NSX is finished in its original Berlina Black (NH547) with ivory interior.  1991 is the first year of production, with 3,163 total units; with 1,940 for North American and of those only 474 were finished in black and ivory.  The Acura NSX represents the perfect blend of Japanese reliability and build quality with exotic Italian – inspired performance. This mid engined masterpiece was developed by the legendary Ayrton Senna.  Under the rear glass sits the heart of the beast; a 3.0 litre V6 featuring Acura’s VTEC technology.  It delivers linear, high revving power with an 8,000 rpm red line. The mid mounted power plant allows perfect weight distribution for optimal cornering and handling characteristics.  The 5 speed manual transmission offers precise shifting that even modern cars have difficulty replicating. The NSX was the first production car to feature an all aluminum semi-monocoque chassis.  This NSX is in top mechanical and physical condition.  It is a US spec car, imported to Canada in 2007.  Some of the upgrades include KW V3 coil over suspension, Okyuyama rear shock tower brace, NSX-R chassis reinforcements front and rear, SOS adjustable front and rear sway bars, SOS oversized throttle body, SOS Endura headers and exhaust.  Body modifications include front trunk air intake and rear spoiler by Downforce.  Brakes are drilled and slotted 2 piece performance rotors. Exterior lighting is LEDs. Interior upgrades include dashcam, rear backup camera, Nakamichi double DIN head unit with Custom mounted Infinity speakers and a Kenwood subwoofer.  Leather Recaro ABE seats with RFY rails are installed.  This NSX has power windows, mirrors, locks and air conditioning.  The wheels are forged RAYSENG ce28’s with Yokohama 215/40 R17 front and 265/35 R18 rear tires.  Note that all stock parts including hood, side skirts and rear valance, seats, wheels and air bag steering wheel are included in the sale.  In 1991, the NSX made Ferrari re-evaluate what a performance car should be...visually stunning, breathtakingly fast and daily driver dependable.
